Cav. Bruno Vallecorsa

Bruno Vallecorsa was born in Patrica, Italy. Along with his parents, his brother, Giuseppe (Joe), and his sister, Giula, he came to America in 1968 and settled in Michigan. Bruno, a natural born chef, owned a restaurant named Marina and took pleasure in sharing a taste of Italy with everyone who ate there. In addition to cooking, Bruno enjoys nature, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and family. He is very proud of his Patricani heritage which is why he started Patricani in the Americas and The Festa, which is an annual reunion for those who share a love for Patrica, Italy.

Bruno Vallecorsa è nato a Patrica, in Italia. Insieme ai suoi genitori, suo fratello Giuseppe (Joe) e sua sorella Giula, arrivò in America nel 1968 e si stabilì nel Michigan. Oltre alla cucina, Bruno ama la natura, la lavorazione del legno e trascorrere del tempo con la moglie e la famiglia. È molto orgoglioso della sua eredità Patricana ed è per questo che ha fondato Patricani nelle Americhe e The Festa, che è una riunione annuale per coloro che condividono l'amore per Patrica, in Italia
